Days Inn By Wyndham San Diego/Downtown/Convention Center – Hotel near airport in San Diego

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a good price for breakfast. The emptiness of the location provided a peaceful ambiance, though service could use some improvement. The hotel's cleanliness was a standout feature.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent, equipped with a hairdryer, fridge, and microwave. However, they were a bit small, making it challenging to find a quiet spot without disturbing my son. Additionally, being on smoking floors meant the non-smoking room still had a lingering smell. On the upside, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was excellent, close to main attractions, but the dining experience was just average.

I arrived at the hotel, and I must say the suite was very clean. Inside the room, everything looked good. The staff were helpful and friendly, including the manager. The location was convenient, close to downtown with great WiFi and near a trolley station. The dining experience offered a nice selection of pastries, cereal, coffee, tea, and even fresh fruit. Overall, a great location with helpful service and good dining options.
